Lighting and shutter speeds

Lately I have been experimenting with different lighting situations. Its tough. Using reflections, flashes, and reflectors; candle light, sunlight, and shadows. The flash is maybe the hardest one to use out of all of these. There is a serious limit to how far the light travels versus the shutter speed and at what angle it allows me to use it remotely. Its a pain in the ass. Anyway here are some of the photos I took the other night as well as a reflection shot taken on the highway.

All of your photos are cool Danny, but the ones in this set "Lighting and Shutter Speed" are really unique and you should definitely explore this side of your art! The reflection image of Jessica (I think looking through a window is totally bitchen, and the lighting is perfect...just enough to give it a real mysterious feel, and the candle piece is warm and rich toned. I love the chain link fence piece, with just a hint of Jess's face, and the last one of the hub cap is totally great, and I could see it as a huge wall piece. This last set of photos is really cool, and you should definitely explore this side of your talent even more!
